The delivery takes place within the EU and in Switzerland to the delivery address specified by the customer.

The shipping costs are in EUR including the applicable statutory VAT.

The HAIKU GmbH online shop reserves the right to only deliver the goods after full payment has been received.

Free shipping for orders over EUR 40 for Germany and the Benelux countries

Shipping costs up to an order value of 40 EUR:

within Germany: EUR 4.99
Benelux (BE, LU, NL): EUR 6.99
Rest of EU: EUR 13.99
Shipping costs Switzerland (CH): 15.99 EUR

Rest of World: 19.99 EUR + 25.00 EUR for Customs Declaration for order values over 1000.00 EUR
